Nominations Open for IDF Awards 2024: The Premier Award for Ukrainian Startups

The Ukrainian Startup Fund has announced the opening of applications for the most anticipated event of the year for Ukraine’s startup ecosystem — the IDF Awards 2024. The award brings together leading industry players to recognise those who have made the most significant contributions to the country’s innovation sector over the past year.

Applications are open across 12 key categories, including:

• Startup of the Year — the best startup of the year.
• Newcomer of the Year — a promising newcomer with great potential.
• People’s Choice — the public’s choice through open voting.
• Best Female-Founded Startup — a startup founded by a woman or an all-female team.
• Best Deep Tech Startup — the leading deep tech startup.
• Best Robotic Safeguarding Startup — innovations in robotic safeguarding technologies.
• Best Aero Protective Startup — advancements in aero protection technologies.
• Best Software Defensive Startup — solutions in software-based protection.
• Accelerator | Incubator of the Year — the top accelerator or incubator of the year.
• Investor of the Year — the most active investor of the year.
• Hero of the Ecosystem — an individual or organisation with the greatest impact on ecosystem development.
• Union of the Year — the best union of startups, investors, and other ecosystem participants

The expert jury includes representatives from leading organisations such as USAID CEP, UnitCity, Association IT Ukraine and Kyiv IT Cluster. To ensure transparency and compliance, AEQUO is also involved in the initiative.
