A conference dedicated to investments in Ukraine was held in Tallinn

Olena Samborska, President of the IT Ukraine Association, and Managing Director/HR Operations Director Ukraine, Luxoft, participated in the “Digital Transformation Initiatives” discussion panel.

Delfi Meedia hosted the region’s first investment conference on Ukraine, bringing together Ukrainian entrepreneurs and government officials with investors, bankers, business organisations and officials from the Baltic States and Scandinavia to gain a clearer understanding of the opportunities and expectations for Ukraine’s recovery and investment in the country.

The Ukrainian Global Innovation Vision 2030 sets an ambitious goal of becoming the most digital country in the world. The digitalisation of Ukraine is already known far beyond its borders, and this experience is actively discussed in many countries. Some of them are even seeking to adopt Ukraine’s experience in digitalising public services.

64% of Ukrainians used government e-services in 2023, and 20 million Ukrainians already use the Diia app. The app includes 14 digital documents and more than 30 public services. More than 78.5% of users rate their experience of receiving services as rather or very positive.

The Government aims to digitise 100% of public services in the Diia app by 2030, the deadline set out in Ukraine’s Global Innovation Vision.

Every new contact is a step towards a stronger Ukraine, every new acquaintance and agreement makes both Ukraine and the whole of Europe stronger. Ukraine’s structure needs maximum support, and an economically strong Ukraine is part of the security guarantee for the whole of Europe.
