IT business in 2021: challenges and opportunities

Last year gave the business world a real test of its vitality. Many companies have managed to defend themselves and even discover new opportunities. Moreover, there will be changes ahead, to which you need to adapt and then choose the right path in the future.

PwC in Ukraine invites you to a series of webcasts through which PwC experts share their insights from financial, tax and legal services to help you meet the new realities.

The first webcast is scheduled for February 10, from 11:00 to 13:00. During the event we will cover the following issues:

  • IFRS and management accounting, opportunities for leverage
  • The most common operational structures for IT business: comparative analysis (including those with the involvement of private entrepreneurs, carrying out activities through foreign and Ukrainian companies) from the tax perspective
  • Cyprus: The Emerging Ideal IT Hub in the EU (report in English)
  • Functional currency for companies in Ukraine and abroad: practical aspects
  • Revenue recognition from contracts with customers

Audience of the event: managers, CFOs, tax and compliance managers, in-house lawyers of IT business in Ukraine.

In the following online activities, we will consider the impact of the rules of controlled foreign companies on business owners, the specifics of taxation in Malta and some other countries, incentive payments to employees, and other financial, tax and legal issues.
